We are passionate to support People with Disabilities to live independently at home.  

Supporting People with Disabilities to get out into the world and be part of it! Community access and social participation may be as something like attending an appointment, getting groceries or having a meal outside of your home, but it can be more than just routine. 

Dare to do something that has yet to be explored. We are into the weird and the wonderful, there is no experience that has yet to shock us. 

Rainbow Connections have specialised wheelchair vehicle to transport wheelchair users.
