This service allows wheelchair user to organise their own support for a "one-off" community access, multi-activity day. This could be finding a bargain at the shopping centre, grabbing lunch with your provided support worker and doing a few errands.

This will be a flat rate of $170 for 3 hours (not including travel cost per km).

This service allows wheelchair user to organise their own support for a "one-off" long, day trip type of service.

For example this service can be used for:

• Attending specialists appointment located far, grabbing lunch with your provided support worker and returning home.

• Going to concerts, winery tour, Zoos/aquariums.

This will be a flat rate of $250 for 6 hours (not including travel per km).
