Natalie is the CEO of Rainbow Connections and a fun, energetic leader who brings passion and heart into everything she does. She founded Rainbow Connections with a clear vision: to create a space where support is simple, genuine and completely free of judgement.

Natalie is deeply committed to building a team and service that values authenticity, inclusivity and meaningful connection. Her leadership style is warm and empowering, ensuring both participants and staff feel supported, respected and heard.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys drawing, reading, crocheting and collecting Pokémon cards, plus playing Pokémon Go. She's also a proud mum of twins, and when she's not busy leading the team, she loves cuddling up with her greyhound or exploring new places and experiences.

Ben is a fun, energetic and outgoing member of the Rainbow Connections team who's always a joy to be around. With three years at the company, Ben began his journey as a support worker before progressing into his role as Chief of Operations.

Cheyenne is a calm and fun support worker who brings a gentle, approachable energy to her role. She loves connecting with participants through shared interests like tabletop games and video games, and has a soft spot for favourites like My Little Pony, Bluey and Pokémon. She was diagnosed as an adult with ASD and OCD.

She's especially skilled at supporting participants with organisation and goal-setting, using a patient, step-by-step approach at a pace that feels comfortable for each individual. With her tech skills, she builds custom charts, visual cards and schedules that make tasks more engaging, helping to “tickle the dopamine” and make progress feel rewarding.
