How our pricing works
We charge the NDIS rate
Our prices are set at or below the NDIS price limits for 2026–27. You never pay more than the published cap.
It comes from your plan
Supports are billed to your NDIS plan, whether self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed. Most participants pay nothing out of pocket.
You get a service agreement
Before we start, you'll get a plain-English agreement setting out exactly what's included and what it costs. You approve it first.

Support worker rates are held at 2025–26 levels for 2026–27 (for example, the standard weekday self-care rate is $70.23 per hour nationally). All rates are reviewed annually in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
