You have the right to choose

You choose your supports.

You choose who supports you.

You can say no.

You can change your mind.

You can choose a different provider. That is OK.

You have the right to privacy

Your information belongs to you.

We keep it safe.

You have the right to speak up

You can tell us if something is wrong.

You will not get in trouble.

Your supports will not change.

You can have a helper

An advocate is a person who is on your side.

An advocate can speak with you or for you.

You can have an advocate at any time.

Ask us if you want help to find one.

There are rules for providers

All NDIS providers must follow rules.

The rules are called the NDIS Code of Conduct.

The rules say we must be safe, honest and respectful.
