Run by the community, for our community.

We're not a franchise or a corporate roll-up. We're support workers who saw how support could be done better, and decided to do it.

Where it started

Founded in November 2022.

Rainbow Connections was established in November 2022 by a small group of support workers on the Central Coast. We'd spent years in the sector, and we kept seeing the same gap: participants treated as case numbers, workers stretched thin, and identity treated as an inconvenience.

So we built something different, a provider led by the people who actually sit beside participants every day. Decisions get made close to the ground, by people who understand what good support feels like.

Today we support participants across the Central Coast and Newcastle, and we're still guided by the same idea: this is community-led care, and it always will be.
