Founded in November 2022, Rainbow Connections was established by a dedicated group of passionate support workers who envisioned an ethical and inclusive support service for people with disabilities. Rooted in advocacy for human rights and social justice, our organization is proudly feminist, neurodivergent, and LGBTIQA+ inclusive.

Currently serving the Central Coast and Newcastle areas of New South Wales, Rainbow Connections is bringing dignity, fun, and a vibrant spectrum of care to our communities. Together, we aim to build a future where every voice is heard, valued, and respected.
